Ekikrit Friendship Saving and credit cooperative society ltd. established in Jiri municipality, known as the Switzerland of Nepal. It is a community-based cooperative that has been conducting member-centered activities. The organization has been providing quality services by producing financial services based on the interests and needs of the members, embracing the principles and values of cooperative.

The chief executive officer’s main responsibility is to increase the business capacity of the organization and lead the management by increasing the level of member service by implementing the law (regulations) Institutional policies and decisions of the board of directors. I always trust the team for institutional activities. The solidarity, continuity and dedication of the team is the main reason for success. For that, as the Chief Executive Officer, I will always move forward by understanding the feelings of my colleagues.

Confidence, financial discipline, effective communication, studiousness and accountability are other essentials of a chief executive officer. I will always have the responsibility to keep these things in my head.

In order to increase the affiliation of the members towards the organization, I will conduct various activities, establish good relations with the Board of Directors, Accounts Supervision Committee and various sub-committees and motivate all to actively participate.

We will always strive to make the organization the first choice of the members. For this, we will continue to follow the good practices of the cooperative movement by accepting the guidelines given by the common networks of cooperatives.

Finally, the Board of Directors provides service opportunities, NEFSCUN and the Association of Asia Confederation Credit Union assist in the professionalization and image development of the organization, the National Cooperative Bank, the State Savings and Credit Cooperative Union, the District Cooperative Union, the District Savings and Credit Cooperative Union to provide continuous support and cooperation. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jiri Municipality, Gokulganga Village Municipality and Bagmati Province Cooperative Department for their contribution to getting the organization to this point.
